a collaborative community partnership program

Foundry Village is the first tiny house transitional community for those affected by homelessness in Grants Pass and Josephine County.

Located in the City of Grants Pass, now completed, Foundry Village provides short-term housing and case management for individuals and families to help move up from homelessness and ultimately into long-term housing.

Designed as a gated community and staffed so that only residents, their approved guests, and staff are admitted, Foundry Village follows the Community Village Model and is managed by UCAN.

Foundry Village was established with the help and mentorship of the Rogue Retreat organization in Jackson County. Rogue Retreat established the thriving and successful Community Village Model through the creation of Hope Village in Medford, Oregon.

Prospective tenants interested in staying at Foundry Village are encouraged to visit the United Community Action Network (UCAN) offices at 900 SE 8th Street Grants Pass, OR 97526 and ask to be screened and placed on a waitlist for Foundry Village. Thank you!
